Shipping / Delivery terms
- Wholesale orders over 2kg receive complimentary shipping.
- Shipping pricing for interstate order: 0-3kg:$8 // 3-5Kg: $12 // 5-10kg: $14 // 10-20Kg: $20
- For orders over 20kg+ please DM us on Instagram or email to coffeeillumi@gmail.com to organise a shipping quote.
International orders to Asia-Pacific are available. And shipping prices have been set as flat-pricing based on coffee-weight. For any further questions, please email coffeeillumi@gmail.com
Brewing method
- We roast light and expressive. Our recommendation for filter is 1:16 ratio.
- For espresso, we recommend starting from 1:2.5 ratio, or 1:2 for milk based drinks.
Roasting and Shipping
We roast every Thursday and fulfill orders the following Monday once QC is complete. This ensures every batch meets our strict quality standards prior to shipping.
Refunds
