Wilmer is producing great coffee of his own as well as processing the cherry of some family members at his mill, located at 1670 MASL.
He's not just a great producer, but a real community driver in Intibuca.
As chairman of the Intibuca group, Wilmer regularly brings producers together to share ideas, learn from each other, and keep pushing quality forward. That teamwork is paying off, helping them improve their coffees and connect with the global market.
Thanks to Wilmer's dedication and meticulous processing, this coffee is layered and beautifully balanced- apricot, panela, Black Tea and toasted walnut.
Cheers, Wilmer!
Brewing Recommendation
- We roast light and expressive. Our recommendation for coffee to water ratio is 1:17 ratio.
- We recommend trying 92C-94C water temperature for any manual dripper.
- Freshly roasted coffee contains CO2. Allowing it to rest for 2–3 weeks will reduce the gas and will help the flavours open up.
Shipping Information
